  • Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on www.vijayakalakshetra.com (“Website”), operated by Vijayakalakshetra (“we,” “our,” “us”). By completing a payment through our Website, you expressly agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services (Digital & Live Educational Services)

Vijayakalakshetra provides:

As per RBI guidelines, Razorpay merchant policies, and Indian Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, access to digital services begins immediately after successful payment.

2. No-Refund Policy for Digital & Live Classes

2.1 General Rule

All payments made on the Website are final and non-refundable once:

  • Payment is successfully processed, and

  • Course access, login credentials, or live-class schedules are provided.

This applies to:

  • One-time payments

  • Monthly / quarterly / annual subscriptions

  • Live instructor-led classes

  • Recorded content and downloadable materials

  • Discounted, promotional, or trial-based enrollments

3. Exceptions – Refunds Permitted Only in Limited Cases

 Refunds will be considered only in the following Razorpay-accepted scenarios:

3.1 Duplicate / Excess Payment

   If a user is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway or technical error, the excess amount will     be refunded after verification.

3.2 Service Not Delivered by Vijayakalakshetra

     If:

  • Payment is successful, and

  • Course access or scheduled service is not provided at all due to an error attributable solely to Vijayakalakshetra,

a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations (Mandatory Disclosure)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to attend live sessions

  • Partial usage or non-usage of the course

  • Technical issues on the user’s side (internet, device, software, power failure)

  • Schedule conflicts, travel, or personal commitments

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal learning expectations

  • Termination of access due to violation of Terms & Conditions

This disclosure is required under Razorpay dispute management rules.

5. User-Initiated Cancellation

  • Users may cancel future participation at any time.

  • Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund of amounts already paid.

6. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Vijayakalakshetra

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to:

  • Instructor unavailability

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, internet outages)

Resolution:

  • A rescheduled session, alternative batch, or credit may be offered.

  • Monetary refunds are issued only if no reasonable alternative can be provided, at our sole discretion.

7. Refund Processing Timeline (Razorpay-Compliant)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used.

  • Processing time depends on the issuing bank and Razorpay systems.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Unjustified chargebacks may lead to:

    • Account suspension

    • Loss of course access

    • Permanent blocking from future enrollments

This clause is compliant with Razorpay chargeback prevention guidelines.
